Come recruiting season, Meyer is gonna make **** sure Kiffin doesnt get anyone he wants.

It has been reported all this week but not last. 2 players the TE and DE were all that were mentioned last week talking to a Gator fan here at work. Demps "isolation" wasn't known about especially since he was at practice all last week from reports he had seen. Was some of it true from Meyer sure, but he also made himself look like he was hitting the excuse button especially as for why they didn't beat UT worse.

That may be true, but he didnt come out and attack Kiffin.

But Kiffin made sure he threw shots at Meyer.

So downgrading and making snide comments on what the opposing coaches gameplan was isn't attacking him....... Really???????

Meyer's comments;
Meyer followed up by saying his game plan was conservative because he didn't think the Volunteers appeared to be playing for a win and also that several Florida players already were ailing from the flu.

Kiffin's rebuff;
First he asks for medical verification. Then he makes the remark, "I don't know. I guess we'll wait and after we're not excited about a performance, we'll tell you everybody was sick.''

Kiffin asks for medical verification. How petty and ridiculous is that? Then he says UF is making excuses about their performance, even though its documented that several UF players had the flu.

Meyer didnt help the situation with the playing to win comment, and he should not have said that, but Kiffin is making himself out to be a total ****. Unless he wins big, UT will fire him. Its that simple. Meyer has proven himself, whereas Kiffin has accomplished nothing.

3 games Biggin......hard to accomplish anything when you have only been on the job a limited time... Like I have said numerous times I will reserve judgement after his 3rd year. As you know, Saban went 6-6 in his first year at Alabama so don't act like he came straight in and had them playing for titles.

And as far as the medical stuff goes, I had not heard one drop about Florida and any flu bug leading up to the UT game. The first I heard anything about it was after the game.

I just think it is funny now because he has obviously gotten under Meyer's skin.... And I have thought Meyer has been a **** for numerous years so I guess that makes them equal.
